Happy Birthday Etta Simone Bawol!
On August 14, 2008 our lives changed when our daughter, Etta Simone Bawol was born at the Alternative Birthing Center at Providence Hospital in Southfield.
She is absolutely the most beautiful thing in the whole wide world and we couldn't be happier! Our past few days have been spent recovering at home and taking it easy as we learn the ins and outs of taking care of a newborn.
She was born at 7:42am last Thursday, she weighed 9lbs 11oz and was 20.24" long. Emily was a total rock star and had her completely natural with no drugs! The whole experience has been amazing and being a part of it has changed my life alone in a way I can't even explain.

We have been easing our way with visitors for a few days now but we would love to be able to see all of our family and friends soon to help us share you guys with Etta.
